Author Guidelines for Open Access Publishing

These author guidelines provide detailed instructions for submitting a manuscript to our open access journal. Please read the following instructions carefully to ensure your submission complies with our journal's requirements.

1. Manuscript Submission
- Submission Portal: Manuscripts should be submitted via our online submission system. Please create an account to submit your work.

- File Format: Submit your manuscript as a Microsoft Word (.docx) or LaTeX (.tex) document. Include all text, tables, figures, and references in a single document.

- Cover Letter: Include a cover letter with your submission. The cover letter should include:

- A brief description of the research question, methodology, and main findings.

- Why your study is suitable for our journal and how it advances the field.

- Disclosure of any potential conflicts of interest.

2. Manuscript Structure

Your manuscript should follow this general structure:

- Title: A concise, descriptive title of your manuscript.

- Abstract: A structured abstract (150-250 words) outlining the objectives, methodology, results, and conclusions. Avoid references in the abstract.

- Keywords: Provide 4-6 relevant keywords to help categorize your manuscript.

- Introduction: Clearly state the research question, background, and objectives of the study.

- Methods: Detail the methodology, experimental design, materials, and data analysis techniques used in your research.

- Results: Present the findings clearly, supported by tables, figures, and statistical analysis where appropriate.

- Discussion: Interpret the results, explain their significance, and discuss limitations and implications for future research.

- Conclusion: Summarize the main findings and their relevance to the broader field.

- References: Use the journal's citation style (e.g., APA, MLA, Chicago). Ensure all citations are complete and properly formatted.

- Acknowledgements: Mention any funding sources, institutional support, and individuals who contributed to the research but did not meet authorship criteria.

3. Ethical Considerations

- Human and Animal Studies: If your study involves human or animal subjects, ensure ethical approval was obtained from an appropriate ethics committee or institutional review board. Provide a statement confirming this approval.

- Conflict of Interest: All authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest, financial or otherwise, that may influence the results or interpretation of the research.

- Authorship: Clearly list all contributing authors and their specific contributions to the research. Use the Contributor Roles Taxonomy (CRediT) to detail contributions such as conceptualization, data analysis, writing, and funding acquisition.

4. Open Access and Licensing

- Open Access: All accepted articles will be published open access, meaning they will be freely available to readers worldwide.

- Article Processing Charges (APCs): Authors are responsible for the payment of an Article Processing Charge (APC) upon acceptance of the manuscript. This fee covers the cost of open access publishing, including peer review, editing, and hosting.

- Waivers and Discounts: Waivers or discounts on the APC may be available for authors from low- and middle-income countries or those with financial hardship. Please contact the editorial office for more information.

- Licensing: Articles are published under a Creative Commons (CC) license, typically CC BY 4.0, allowing others to freely share, adapt, and reuse your work, with proper attribution to the author.

5. Data Availability and Transparency

- Data Sharing: Authors are encouraged to share the data supporting their findings. Please submit data in an appropriate repository (e.g., Dryad, FigShare, or institutional repositories). Include a data availability statement in the manuscript:

- If data is available, provide a link to the repository.

- If data is not publicly available, explain why and include access details if possible.

- Supplementary Materials: If applicable, submit supplementary materials such as additional tables, figures, videos, or datasets. These materials should be submitted as separate files.

6. Figures and Tables

- Quality: All figures and tables should be of high quality, clearly labeled, and suitable for publication. Submit figures in high-resolution formats (e.g., TIFF, PNG, or EPS) with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi.

- Numbering: Number figures and tables consecutively (Figure 1, Figure 2, etc.) and refer to them in the text.

- Captions: Provide clear and concise captions for each figure and table.

7. Peer Review Process

- Double-Blind Peer Review: Our journal follows a double-blind peer review process, meaning both the authors and reviewers are anonymous to each other. Authors may be asked to revise their manuscript based on reviewer feedback.

- Revisions: Authors will be notified of the reviewers' comments and required to submit a revised version of the manuscript, including a response to reviewers comments.

8. Publication Ethics

- Plagiarism: The journal uses plagiarism detection software to check submissions for originality. Any manuscript found to have significant overlap with previously published work may be rejected.

- Duplicate Submission: Manuscripts should not be submitted to multiple journals simultaneously. If the article is under review elsewhere, it should not be submitted to our journal until a decision has been made.

- Post-Publication Corrections: If authors identify errors or omissions after publication, they should notify the editorial office promptly for correction or retraction.

9. Post-Publication

- Metrics: After publication, your article will be available for citation and sharing. The journal tracks article metrics such as downloads, views, and social media engagement (altmetrics) to assess the article's impact.

- Promotional Support: Authors are encouraged to share their published article on social media platforms, academic networks, and their institutional website to increase visibility and reach.

10. Copyright and Permissions

- Copyright: Authors retain copyright to their work. By submitting to the journal, authors grant the publisher an exclusive license to publish and distribute the article under a Creative Commons license.

- Permissions: Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce any material (e.g., figures, tables, or text) that is copyrighted by other parties.
