Dr. Dimitra Skandali is a marketing scholar specializing in AI-driven consumer behaviour, digital services, and neuromarketing in health communication. She holds a Ph.D. in Marketing from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens, where her research focused on AI applications in consumer decision-making across banking and tourism. Dr. Skandali is a Lecturer at the University of Peloponnese and a research member at the IMC Lab, contributing to EU-funded projects on consumer psychology and digital health. Her work is published in leading journals and presented at international conferences such as EMAC, AMA, and ICORIA. Her research interests include ethical marketing, digital trust, FinTech adoption, and persuasive health messaging.
