Dr. Ashwini Sonawane is a dedicated academician and accomplished professional in the field of Commerce and Management, with over 9 years of teaching and coordination experience. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Vishwakarma University, Pune. She holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from Rabindranath Tagore University, Bhopal, and is a Gold Medalist in her BBA. Dr. Sonawane has successfully guided numerous student research projects and led key academic-industry initiatives such as the Industry 4.0 (C4i4) project and SAP i360 Innovation Center. She has also been actively involved in faculty development, corporate training, and curriculum enrichment. Her research interests include leadership, organizational change, and HR practices, with several Scopus-indexed publications to her credit. She is a sought-after speaker and trainer, having delivered sessions for organizations like Tata Gotion, Medikez Pharma, and Ranka Jewellers, and has also trained disabled officers at QMTI, Pune.
