Dr. Pallavi Gupta is a seasoned academician and legal expert with over 25 years of experience in the field of law. She currently serves as the Professor and Head of the Department of Law at JIMS Engineering Management Technical Campus, Greater Noida, affiliated with GGSIP University and approved by the Bar Council of India. Dr. Gupta holds a Ph.D. in Law and an LL.M. specializing in Corporate and Administrative Law, both from M.J.P. Rohilkhand University, Bareilly. She has authored four books, published 20 research articles in national and international journals, and presented more than 50 research papers at various academic forums. She is a life member of several professional legal organizations and serves on the editorial boards of multiple international journals. In recognition of her contributions to the legal profession and academia, she was honored with "The Phenomenal SHE" Award by the Indian National Bar Association in 2019.
