Editorial Article | Volume: 2, Issue: 2 Published Date: October 28, 2026 When the Basket Is Full but Choice Is Limited: Rethinking Contraceptive Access in India Authors: Mirazuddin Ansari* and Raja Ram Pandey Abstract: India's family-planning programme, launched in 1952, has evolved from an early emphasis on fertility reduction toward a broader contraceptive basket built on voluntary use, informed choice and reproductive rights. As that basket expands, one question deserves renewed attention: does a wider range of methods at the policy level translate into meaningful choice for women and couples at the point of care? |

Review Article | Volume: 1, Issue: 1 Published Date: October 07, 2026 Ocular Health Challenge Among Women Healthcare Workers: A Narrative Review Authors: Vanshika Sharma and Ragni Kumari* Abstract: Background: Women comprise nearly 70% of the global healthcare workforce and are disproportionately represented in nursing and allied health professions. Prolonged digital screen use, extended personal protective equipment (PPE) wear, rotating shifts, and biological exposures may adversely affect their ocular health, yet sex-specific evidence remains limited. Objective: To summarize current evidence on occupational ocular health among women healthcare workers, emphasizing biological susceptibility, occupational risk factors, and preventive strategies. |

Research Article | Volume: 2, Issue: 2 Published Date: August 31, 2026 What Happened Here: Explorations into Brain/Mind Problems and Modern Medicine Authors: Dr. Leighton J Reynolds Abstract: This article explores a childhood incident to answer the question: how do children (or adults) survive difficult situations with no education, training, skills, or experience to draw from? Where does the intelligence come from to find a solution and solve problems, sometimes life or death problems, if there is no background to draw on here? The concept of non-local consciousness is introduced as a viable solution. And the article goes on to ask whether non-local consciousness can also be used in the treatment of difficult, complicated, complex medical problems. An unusual but very powerful resource to draw from. The author suggests that the concept of non-local consciousness has tremendous potential to improve the healing of difficult medical issues. And finally, the author promises to write more as he continues to research this promising issue. |

Research Article | Volume: 2, Issue: 2 Published Date: August 29, 2026 The Bird's Nest Metaphor II: The Chicks Who Remained Authors: Julian Ungar-Sargon, MD, PhD Abstract: A previous study traced the commandment of shiluach ha-ken (Deuteronomy 22:6-7) from biblical law through rabbinic controversy into the mystical imagination of the Zohar, and proposed a clinical theology built upon the dialectic of divine presence and absence: the mother bird as Shekhinah, the emptied nest as exile, and therapeutic tzimtzum as the clinician's disciplined contraction that makes room for the patient to emerge. That essay followed the mother. The present essay reverses the direction of attention and remains with the chicks. |

Research Article | Volume: 2, Issue: 1 Published Date: May 29, 2026 Authors: Sevda Farahmand* and Omid Panahi Abstract: The integration of robotics and artificial intelligence (AI) into dentistry marks a paradigm shift from traditional mechanical procedures toward precision, automation, and data-driven decision-making. This article explores the current landscape, clinical applications, benefits, and challenges of AI and robotic systems in oral healthcare. From diagnostic imaging analysis and treatment planning to robotic-assisted implant surgery and orthodontic wire bending, these technologies are enhancing accuracy, reducing human error, and improving patient outcomes. The paper also examines AI?s role in caries detection, periodontal assessment, and predictive analytics, alongside robotics in endodontics and prosthodontics. |

Research Article | Volume: 2, Issue: 1 Published Date: May 28, 2026 Robots and the Next Generation of Dentistry: Transforming Oral Surgery and Implantology Authors: Sevda Farahmand* and Omid Panahi Abstract: The integration of robotic systems into oral surgery and dental implantology represents the next frontier in precision medicine. Unlike traditional freehand techniques that rely on the surgeon?s tactile sense and visual estimation, robotic-assisted platforms offer sub-millimetric accuracy, real-time navigation, and haptic feedback. This article examines the current state and future trajectory of robotic applications in maxillofacial surgery, implant placement, bone augmentation, and third molar extraction. Key systems including Yomi, Da Vinci (adapted for oral procedures), and emerging autonomous robots are analyzed. |

Research Article | Volume: 2, Issue: 1 Published Date: May 27, 2026 Authors: Manisha Konda* and Kamalakar Reddy Singi Abstract: Distributed systems today, such as cloud infrastructures, microservice architectures, and hybrid cyber-physical networks, are increasingly difficult to monitor with respect to fault detection and diagnostics because of their large size, complexity, and dynamics. Telemetry data, a record of detailed operational metrics and event logs, is important for understanding how a system behaves and for proactively maintaining it. The paper describes an AI-based telemetry system capable of predicting service performance in a microservices system. The architecture leverages streaming telemetry, such as system metrics, logs, and traces, from cloud-native setups. The data are cleaned and normalized, and their features are extracted using Principal Component Analysis (PCA) to enhance data quality and reduce dimensionality. |

Research Article | Volume: 2, Issue: 1 Published Date: May 28, 2026 Authors: Sevda Farahmand* and Omid Panahi Abstract: Oral implantology has experienced transformative advances since the discovery of osseointegration fifty years ago. However, the next decade promises an even more radical evolution, shifting from purely mechanical solutions toward biologically driven, digitally planned, and robotically executed workflows. This article explores the future landscape of dental implant therapy across six domains: (1) smart implants with sensors and drug delivery, (2) tissue-engineered and living implants, (3) AI-driven treatment planning and outcome prediction, (4) robotic and autonomous implant surgery, (5) immediate loading and same-day full-arch protocols enhanced by 3D printing, and (6) patient-specific biological risk modification using genomics and pharmacotherapy. |

Research Article | Volume: 2, Issue: 1 Published Date: May 27, 2026 Authors: Sevda Farahmand* and Omid Panahi Abstract: Artificial intelligence is fundamentally reshaping dentistry, moving beyond experimental tools toward clinical integration that will define the future of oral healthcare. This article provides a comprehensive examination of how AI technologies including deep learning, computer vision, natural language processing, and generative models are transforming every domain of dentistry. Key applications analyzed include automated radiographic interpretation for caries, periodontitis, and oral pathology; AI-driven orthodontic treatment planning and clear aligner therapy; predictive analytics for patient risk stratification; robotic and haptic systems for implant surgery; generative design for prosthodontics; and AI-assisted endodontics. |

Research Article | Volume: 2, Issue: 1 Published Date: May 14, 2026 Authors: Alireza R Azadi* and Omid Panahi Abstract: Artificial intelligence (AI) is reshaping the field of surgery across the entire perioperative continuum. Unlike other medical specialties where AI primarily supports diagnosis, surgery presents unique challenges: real-time decision-making under uncertainty, complex motor skills, anatomical variability, and high-stakes adverse event prevention. This article provides a comprehensive review of AI applications in preoperative planning (risk stratification, virtual resection, instrument selection), intraoperative guidance (computer vision for anatomy recognition, surgical phase detection, robotic autonomy, augmented reality), and postoperative care (complication prediction, discharge optimization, tele-rehabilitation). |
