Dr. Prachi Gajjar is a U.S.-based Internal Medicine resident physician at Western Reserve Health Education in Warren, Ohio, with a prior specialization in Dermatology from India. She completed her M.D. in Dermatology, Venereology, and Leprosy at Government Medical College, Bhavnagar, where she also served as medical faculty from 2016 to 2020. Passionate about both clinical care and education, Dr. Gajjar is currently a Clinical Instructor at Northeast Ohio Medical University and actively contributes to resident wellness and patient care initiatives. An accomplished USMLE mentor, she has guided over 500 medical graduates through exam preparation and residency applications via her educational social media platforms. Dr. Gajjar will begin her next role as Clinical Assistant Professor of Hospital Medicine at the University of Florida in July 2025. She holds training licenses in Ohio and Pennsylvania and has applied for a permanent medical license in Florida.
