Miss. Kendra Cruickshank is a dedicated healthcare professional and current MD Candidate (MS3) with over 20 years of experience spanning clinical care, academic instruction, behavioral health, and healthcare administration. She holds a Master's degree in Psychology with a concentration in Health Psychology and has served in diverse leadership roles, including Director of Training, Onboarding, and Continuous Quality Improvement at Reagan Medical Center. Throughout her career, Miss Cruickshank has demonstrated excellence in patient-centered care, clinical operations, and research collaboration. Her experience includes managing multidisciplinary teams, developing clinical training programs, and contributing to peer-reviewed publications in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery-Global Open and Current Dermatology Reports. A certified CPR and First Aid Instructor and former Medical Assistant Instructor, she is also an active mentor, peer reviewer, and advocate for integrative, evidence-based healthcare. Miss Cruickshank's professional affiliations include the American Psychological Association, Phi Chi Medical Fraternity, Chi Sigma Iota Honor Society, and the American Medical Student Association. She remains deeply committed to advancing medical education, leadership development, and community health through compassionate service and scientific inquiry.
