Mr. Ashraf Syed serves as an Oracle APEX Technical Lead ? Software Developer IV, bringing deep expertise in Oracle APEX and Oracle Fusion Extensions through low‑code development. He has led and delivered large‑scale, mission‑critical projects, most notably the VASE+ application for the Virginia Department of Health, which played a central role in the Commonwealth's public health response during the COVID‑19 pandemic.
